@katiapuskariova1 Watch the videos again, Part 1 and 2 - Did you squeeze out the liquid etc?

This is fail proof if you follow Rasa's detail recipe. Try again. Once you do it right, you will love the results and its is GREAT. try a small batch at first - be sure to use a grater - smallest side of a four sided grater shredder. Has to be grated correctly.
