just dont eat so many times a day... i stay lean by eating 1-2 times a day so this proves it is possible. no need of that much work and u can eat some junk food every now and then. the 6 meals a day myth was just created to get people to eat more. 300 calories is way too few for a normal guy so why torture youself? just eat all u want all at once.
