  • Words are powerful on this path of Transformation. Thank You for the concept of "The Peace Channel With in."

  • @danijmay Ironically, though, I think this lady could also do well to be mindful of her thyroid...her 5th chakra/blue ray feels a bit blocked. You can hear the subtleties about her speaking too...there's a certain lack of qualification to what she's saying - a faulty vulnerability. Don't feel bad, I'm well-acquainted with these hardships myself.

  • @deafmomy Read her lips.

  • @onefortyseven147 Likewise; this is the first I've seen this posture. It's a very helpful addition in this quest to find relief for my neck.

  • awesome thanks so much for that release!! :-)

  • wow, even a circle of candles

  • i wonder can u put closed caption for me.. bec i am deaf i like to know what u are saying thanks..

  • This really helped my upper back. As soon as I did this exersize I felt instant relief in an area I have not been able to stretch. Thanks

  • Mind and body must work in harmony. So if your angry and try to release tension in your body, just doing the physical exercises are merely conterproductive. The negative comments show a lack of understanding. Fraudsters exist, for sur,e but you can learn to do this yourself if you choose. Its an individual choice.

  • wow, thanks. I work as a couriers so I do a couple of hundred of lifts everyday. (not kidding, anybody in the business can confirm this), which, no matter much effort you put into lifting correctly will take its toll. This helped me get at an area thats been a bit tricky to do something about, so again. thank you.
