An 8K with an empty coal train follows after several other freight trains. The previous train still didn't leave Anjiazhuang, so this one got a yellow signal, meaning that the next signal is still red... On some moments the line here is so busy that you get a train in front of your lens every five minutes... Add to that the magnificent surroundings, and the Feng-Sha-Line is a fantastic place for train photography... :-) (August 2007, Luopoling, Mentougou, Beijing Municipality, China)

  • 5-minute intervals ...... uncommon on lines without stop-and-go commuter services and on non-passenger lines.

  • perfect! Chinese railway system is sure one of the greatest for now!
