"Certain Shadows on the Wall" is a reworking of a duet from Deception created for AGDT in 2001. This version with Alan Greig and Jennifer Blake and filmed and edited by Brian and Gail English was made for the Edinburgh fringe Festival 2006 and was performed at Dance Base. The dance is loosely based on 'Who's Afraid of Virginnia Woolf?' It is a physical representation of the breakdown of a marriage, when long buried secrets finally boil to the surface. The music, is an original composition from long term AGDT collaborator, Tom Murray.
