very nice - @ the beginning of the clip I was thinking "can a wristlock be pulled off in a bjj/judo match" - seconds later it was answered! amazing! BTW. The blue belt requirements DVD was excellent.

Ordered this DVD today, can't wait to get it. I never thought of using wrist locks in BJJ until I went to Rio de Janeiro to train. There was a blue belt under Rodrigo Mederios that we met up with who was also a Brown Belt in American Jujitsu. Whenever I had a collar grip on him, he would simply peel off my wrist from his Gi, along with nearly spraining my wrist every time. We exchanged techniques and I have been using basic wrist locks ever since. I love your perspective on BJJ/JJJ, good mixture
