Great video..I love Albert & he is a true great but i just wish it had been James Burton on these songs as he is just so special on this & too far gone etc!!!..I got to see her in 1987 at Wembley, London & she has Frank Reckard on guitar...Another awesome player.

I got to see the Hot Band with Albert Lee and unbelievably with Ricky Skaggs on vocals and lots of instruments. I think that was her stongest lineup and by gosh, they brought the house down both times.

Who can't relate to this song. One of my favorites from Emmylou. One that always sticks out in my mind is an old one called, "We'll Sweep Out The Ashes In The Morning", with Gram Parsons. Think it was on a Parsons album. I still have it somewhere in storage. It's a great duet with the pair. Anybody know that one? I can't remember the album name.

This is one of the most beautiful songs ever recorded, sung by one of the most beautiful voices to ever be put on tape.

Albert Lee is full capable of flying off the handle but he never does. He gives teh song exactly what it needs and not one note more. Its that care and restraint that makes him a true master. Rodney Crowell aint bad either.

I am so glad you post all the songs you do . You must be a real technical expert the way you are able to add pics when there is no video. I love the way you do the things you do. Guess there is not a person alive who is not in love with Emmylou Harris and her music. There is no end to her talent. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately I have discovered Emmylou late in life.I guess too busy with family and career over the years.Since retiring three years ago I've started back playing guitar and finding songs on YouTube.I really love Emmylou and listen to her a lot.Any of the old classic country and folk songs are my favorites.Emmylou is the greatest.
