I Love that song. I think the killing floor came out around 1958 or the early 60's. This kind of music beats the he** out of rap. What am I saying? Rap ain't music; it's just noise.

Blue and country music had a lot in common. Hank Williams Jr. said that country is the white man's blues. He's right.

Great cut. Just learned this tune from Vanderbilly (Guitar Joe). The wife and I met Mr. Chester Burnett when he played @ SIU Carbondale, IL in the '70's. Great man! Thanks!
