  • This guy sounds so uncomfortable on this video. I bet his boss made him do it.

  • A better way is to have someone hold the bike, or put it on the stand, and stand on the pedal with your heel. when you are fully extended move the seat to where it would be if you were sitting on it with your leg fully extended with you heel on the pedal. Tighten the screws and then when you have your toes in the clips you will have the proper flex in the knee and be as high as you can go while being comfortable, and having the best power transfer.

    It's interesting that first off.. you are totally 100 percent right.. there is simply no... such....word as Hight-th... but having spent a lot of time in the US, certain states adopt this word as common vernacular. I even heard it in a math class being taught to 15yr olds.
