I sat down with Roy and he kinda put me on to the plan he has to regain his form as a champion. This is going to be something EPIC!

@cheeseboro I hope this comeback will be something special.The main thing I noticed with Roy is that he's been inconsistent in his last 5 or so fights.His performance against Sheika and Lacy was impressive,his speed and power was on point and he didn't seem to be fatigued.Then his last 3 fights,all of which he lost he just didn't look motivated,like he didn't have it in him to fight.He needs to stay focused,train hard and get in great shape,and most of all be confident and believe in himself.

@gpc0708 Agreed! I can tell you he has been training very hard because for a guy like him, being told "he's washed up," is motivating him. If you are in Atlanta =, you should come. If not, it will be on internet pay-per-view.
