Great job! I have known this piece for years and greatly enjoy the sense of lift to your performance. I, as probably you, have heard it performed almost like a dirge, nothing like anyone would actually want to dance to. After all, it's not "My Lady Carey's Dump."

You should make a power metal band :$ hahaha I would love it
You are awesome :)

@electrickithara Catherine of Aragon is been dumped, back to Spain with her? It had to be anonymous because the mockery came from her husband. The Tudor Bluebeard

I think I just had an epiphany.

Ahhh I love these late medieval early rennaissance songs!
-
Excellent ! I have Renaissance lute versions which are not bad, too.
Great thanks !

It's a beautiful piece very well played.
But what is Dompe?
-
Is this considered Renaissance music?
-
That's really nice! What does dompe (or dump) mean?
-
I wish we knew the author, maybe he/she wrote other good songs.

Thank you!
The "right' tempo is what works! If it sounds contemporary, that's the highest praise for my performance. What good is music if it doesn't have life in the moment?
