Brown was looking for Dutton to actualy wrestle, but he didnt, didnt change levels ONE TIME, didnt take a single shot, and being on his heels the entire time, wasnt planning to, just looking to counter or not give up a takedown. Brown wasnt looking for the cement mixer, he was looking to tilt, but Dutton based out rather than moved as to not get caught in a 2on1 and tilted, good idea if ur opponent didnt have a mixer in his pocket.
