  • @johnnycheck99 ocado always advertise because the average driver only stays about six months. For that you should recieve a long service medal.

  • @apmirkin

Calling anyone old enough to have a job a "little girl" is disrespectful. Women are not children. You wouldn't be happy if one of your co-workers referred to you as a little boy.

  • @JUVEXX11 I'm interested in getting into supermarket delivery driving and Ocado seem to be the only ones that advertise....so they are not good to work for then? Others like Sainsburies/Tesco never seem to advertise.

  • @JUVEXX11 i often see ocado delivery jobs (part time) and was thinking of applying. Weekends, evening shifts 32 hours. Are you saying it isn't a good job?

  • @JUVEXX11 Yeah, they have impossible standards - they expect miracles!

  • @JUVEXX11 I worked t white city for a few days. I had the instructors talk rudely to me and one of them gave me racial abuse outside the van.. The way the management treat people is disgusting. Beware of a mouthy little girl in the office downstairs.

  • The bit about when you finished you return to depot, depends if you have to help someone else and be late back.

22 drops,in london almost imposibble when going to flats with no lift and given 7 minutes to do drop.

    Very high staff turnover
