Obamacare: Unconstitutional

The Democrats' health care bill violates Article One of the US Constitution. Congress does not have the authority to command Americans to buy health insurance from private, for-profit companies.

I don't get it, everyones complaining about the government forcing us to buy health care, but no one cares that we have to have car insurance, or that our houses are legally required to be safe for living, or all the other things we have to do.

@westkan Sorry to say it, but the govt has pissed away social security! They have begged, borrowed, and stole from that so called social security lock box for past two decades. Besides, if govt spent like drunken sailors (Both parties), and then looked over and saw a box with money in it, they will naturally want to, or need to take that money to keep the rest of the govt from going bankrupt from that overspending! Stop the socialist programs, then we can discuss saving social security!
