programmers whining about getting paid don't get it. Does Canonical pay it's employees? Red Hat? Mozilla? Desura is about to opensource their client. All the other OSS foundations I've not mentioned. Most OSS companies make money on services. Free as in speech != Free as in beer.

You get what you pay for. Would you expect to go the the grocery store and not be charged? Hosting, security and back-up are not free. There are costs involved in developing software. I pay very little for Mybusybiz but I get full value.

I'm proud to say that NONE of the software on my machine is proprietary. I finally kicked out the habit of using Adobe Flash and I now use Gnash ^_^. Only thing left on my laptop that is proprietary is the bios because Core Boot doesn't work with my laptop :/ I <3 Stallman and GNU ^_^
