  • bought something simular like this. but THE AUX DOES NOT WORK!!! I want my money back. can someone help me. i plug in cable into the aux and it dosent play the music???

  • @Mr360BeasTx Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. Be sure the volume on the external device is turned up. If the volume is low or muted, you will not hear anything though the stereo. If the volume of the external device is up and you still don’t get any sound, I would contact the retailer that sold you the unit (Crutchfield Tech support if purchased from us), to see about getting it replaced. • I have this CD player buy he have any problem? a big delay when i use the USB music to lisen

  • @archerALAN22 Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. We have not had any widespread reports of problems with this stereo. If you feel your model is defective, you may want to contact the retailer that sold you the receiver (Tech support service if you purchased from Crutchfield) or Sony directly: 239.768.7693. • were do you get that holder thing if the space for your deck is to big?

  • @jakeythesnake23 I believe you’re referring to the mounting kit. They are vehicle specific along with the wiring harness for connection to the factory wiring. We offer the kits and harness for most vehicles, free of charge, with a stereo purchase of $119 or more. When special integration kits or harnesses are required, they would not be free, but provided at a 50% discount with the same qualifying purchase. • @crutchfieldtv Thanks It works now!!

  • @85vaska While all stereos will get warm, they should not get so hot you cannot touch them where they are supposed to be touched. If it’s only the heat sink that gets too hot, then you should be fine. If you cannot touch the faceplate, then something is definitely wrong. • is it normal for the heat-sink of the HU to get very hot at middle volume level??? Mine gets hot so that you can't touch it more than 4-5 seconds. I have made the installation 100% according to the manuals. Some say it's not normal but some indicates malfunction. Can anyone help me please?

  • hauhauauhauha i totally agree with you mister Arnold Schwarzenegger ahahah listening without loud on my music also sounds like garbage.. especially at low and high frequencies :)
