After further review I have determined that this was accidental and unintentional. In fact, LaMike wouldn't t let go of Mr. Bailey's leg to make USC look bad and maybe draw a penalty.

Great Trojan win! The score is misleading as USC was winning by as many as three touchdowns in the 3rd quarter. Oregon is not overrated as USC was underrated because of NCAA sanctions.
The NCAA can't sanction heart, talent and commitment. USC is the de facto Pac-12 Champions. USC showed class and pride. Fight On!
