When i went to visit my grandma in El Salvador we went to this one creek and they're was this like rare redish orangish jellyfish i got stung and couldn't breathe ._. until my eyes closed slowly the ambulance came and i got saved :D i was so stupid back then -.- why the hell didi i touch it o_o..? LMFAOO he puts it on backwards XDD put it on i dont wanna see your sack lol

I would like to know the name if you can remember it.

It is in a creek?

How far inland from the sea?

To all those people who keep saying its fake because the venom takes 20 minutes to activate I don't disagree that its probably fake but he stung himself with the chironex fleckeri not irukandji. Chironex Fleckeri venom activates immediately. Irukandji venom takes 20 minutes for symptoms to start.

@riptiderockergirl not true. the irukandji venom takes about 5 mins befour u start to notic it. i know it has been said that it takes 20min by an expert but this is not true i have seen difference a guy was stung . allready after 5 mins he started to have irukandji syndrom...

@Creedlocation Thats the Irukandji.. Not the box jellyfish (though the Irukandji is technically a box jellyfish)

@HeavyMetalhead86 It's not that it's life threatening, it's the fact that he would put himself through that pain knowing full well how much it would hurt. Bit I guess that was probley in the job description when he got the job.

You probably had an allergic reaction to it, I doubt it was the venom by itself that caused the reaction. I've been stung by about 2 feet of Portugese Man O' War tentacle on my right arm, and THAT fucking hurt
