@thejovis -- Paul Rodgers has been recruited by too many great musicians to be dismissed as a singer. He's one of the best rock singers in history -- just like Mercury. I agree that stylistically, he's a bit of an odd choice for Queen. He has trouble conveying the vibe Freddie sent. But Freddie would be equally hard-pressed to deliver Paul Rodgers songs. Nonetheless, both are phenomenal.

@genome38 Paul Rogers is a legend. He beat KISS out at he Moondance Jam out in Walker, MN this summer! He stays in shape, doesn't drink or do drugs. Been in Free, The Firm, Bad Company, got together with Queen and won an award there! Sorry man, your Mega wrong! Freddy Mercury and him were friends. You dog Paul, you dog Freddy... I can't even believe you would say that about Paul Rodgers man... Adam Lambert, never even heard of him or anybody I know and I know my ROCK! No offense...

I like Paul Rodgers' voice and think he did a good job. Brian May just always looks like he loves performing and was enjoying himself, but I didn't see the electricity that was present during Adam Lambert's performance. Now That Was A Performance!
