Kite spot is Cholla Bay Flats. Las Conchas is about 6 miles down the beach to the East. Kiters are Jeroen using the Orange kite, Tommy using Black kite, looks like Christain on Blue kite but it may be kelly or Chris S. and yellow kite is most likely Chris Moore
