It sounded and looked better on my computer. i don't believe it was live because i didn't hear a croud in the backround. This is the live version, but I don't think you heard the crowd in the live version, anyway. It was a Katrina "telethon" thing for New Orleans, I think. Oh well. But thanks for uploading the song, anyway!
