That's very convenient, but am I to understand that I have to pay an additional $50 just to upload information when I can upload them for free (wireless, usb) with any other device? People actually fall for this?

Wow, that's pretty cool

Certain models of the Flowlink do not work with the RS300x - check out the Polar homepage for that detail - they'll sort it out for you at the dealer. Otherwise, I've had a lot of great runs with this watch and it's very reliable in use.

@L1993H both

only on windows? or mac?
-
Does it show where you've been and all from the GPS?
-
Of course it's 'really plastic' its a sports watch...
It has to be as light as possible;)
I ordered it a few days ago and hope it will be delivered fast!
(I used the RS200 a lot, it worked perfectly, except for the screen, on which one row of the matrix was disfunctional, not that disturbing actually, but i hope the RS300 won't have that problem:))
A shame the flowlink has to be purchased separately though...
The flowlink, does it come with the watch, or do you have to buy it separately?

@Yellowknight888 you will need to purchase the flowlink separately.

thecombatnurse: The G1 GPS only gives you speed and distance. Nothing else. Only the G3 GPD with the RS800CX series, gives you route mapping. You will be able to export the data to Google Earth and see where you've been. :)

Hi does flowlink come with watch or you have to get that seperately?

You will have to get them separately. You might want to check with your local retailer if it comes as a package in your country. :)

Nope, you don't have to press any button.
And yes, it works everytime for me. :)
