whaty should i do if they turn the mic off ... and they start hurling tomatoes at my head ... and they start booing ... and they start thinking to themselves this guy really bites ... and I start worrying about whether I'm wasting their time ... and ohhh gawd ... they dont invite me back ... or write terrible things about me that appear all over the internet ... now my palms are getting sweaty just writing about all these terrible outcomes ... I feel frozen .. like I'm in quick sand .. help!!!

If they're not booing...then they either have bad taste or can't hear you too good. Or maybe it's If they're not booing, it's because they've all fallen asleep. Or are trying to get their money back at the door.
