Great effort .and fingerwork......watch a few things.. the Eb / C natural /C sharp/ maybe look at a flute wih 6/ 8 keys....high C intonation...don't overuse rolls in sequence..perhaps switch to a sequence like ..roll/ harmonic variation / inversion/ roll or some similar variation...great stuff overall.

regarding breath pauses: it's one more ornamentation element, good players won't do it just at the end of every musical phrase, but they'll learn to use it to stress parts of the melody, and to give a differential effect, and so on and so forth.
Wonderful players like Micho Russell have famous breath pauses.
As for Orlaith's playing: just amazing!!! "under fifteen"... so unfair xD
