This is a World of Warcraft quest that a lot of people have a hard time soloing.
When it came time for me to do it as a level 47 Protection Specc'd Paladin i figured i would film it and upload it here.
Hope it helps.
Side Note:: I Used something other than Fraps this time and believe me i am going back from now on.

The first text on the screen tells it, i was 47 at the Time, Pre-Wrath of course.

Yes it does :)
When it's walking i have it sped up 400%.
