@Zaranyzerak Not really to me its just a hard game to describe. Its a good fun game, that much is established. Its to me really just a creepy atmospheric with its moments. Just not scary, but in all fairness im not easily scared and im very mystery science theater 3000 very critcry so its hard for me to get into horror games. I do like the game though and i love Dead space 2.

People who don't think cartoons should be put on blu-ray need to take a look at some of the Disney Classics out on blu-ray.

I've only watched people play this Game I haven't actuall played it myself. Im kind of a chicken shit when it comes to survival horror games. I have Resident Evil 4, but that wasn't as scary but had it's tense moments. It's still a great game. I saw Downfall and I found it pretty scary for an animated horror film. Disturbing in some parts, even. The story has some Lovecraft elements to it too. Im a huge fan of the horror genre

Dead space is a quality game. Captures the atmosphere perfectly. If you play in the dark with the volume up you cant help but jump. When your concentrating and something jumps out at you it automatically makes you jump. Great game.

I thought dead space was creepy and atmospheric and gets under your skin a real heart beater, but not scary it did have those moments though. Its just not that scary.
