I have a 240 and need a swap but everybody has KA's, SR's, and RB's, I want tue ls1 because it doesnt require a turbo, has instant torque, reliable, cheap parts, easy to get parts, and a unique swap in general

try throwing the stock shocks and springs back on in the rear? It'd squat nicely off the line :)

@running100shot if you really want reliable power , go for a ls1 v8, there lighter than the stock ka too

ls1 around same or cheaper more parts, very reliable, unique, and just badass

very nice...since this video is old, you've probably already learned this, but subframe spacers will all but fix your hopping problem.

Looks like the "drift" suspension is giving you problems with traction...then again thats what it is designed to do right.
So did you guys fabricate your own mounts or use something like the hinson kit...i am trying to get a little research now as i hope to start my own driveway project car real soon.
Also what was that you raced on the last run, sounded like a 2 step setup and you gave it a damn good run.

some drag turbo civic hatch, my car with a 1.60 60 ft with perfect traction should be 11.6 or 11.7 according to my mph. my 60 foot times right now are horrid. 2.4 to 2.8 60 ft.
