I think she should record this on her next album. I can't even begin to imagine how amazing this would sound in the studio. If I remember correctly, this was back in 2004 when I watched Idol. I never watched til these rounds where they had people start voting. She was my favorite immediately from this performance, and I'm SO happy she won! I'm about to see her live for the 3rd year in a row now.

i guess carrie is just a fan of 80s coz she always sang classics from the 80s.. but the recording company wanted her to be country.. but still great! she suits any genre
