As in other developing countries, soaring inflation has recently emerged as a threat to Cambodia's hard-won social stability. While wages have remained low, the price of rice and other staples have skyrocketed, pushing millions deeper into poverty. Although the Cambodian government says it is doing its best to curb the worst effects of inflation, opposition politicians say it is not doing enough. Rory Byrne reports for VOA from Phnom Penh
there is no easy fix to fight inflation doesnt matter who will rule cambodia but at lease cambodia today way better than many many year ago we just pray and hope for better and better peace for ever to all khmer

Hun Sen was at one time a member of the Khmer Rough party. There are, under some reports, a lot of corruptions under his leadership. However, there is no gurantee that a new prime minister will make the country better.
