nice ride.. i guees your wife let u take it this time? bc the rt time is better... and did u change the gears in the rear yet? 456 would be fine on hwy trust me,,, i own a ss 1970 498CID rock-cursher/ and went though all gear changes, now i run 488's np on hwy either/ motor built by Shofiroff

@ajtoy454- Thanks, but I (wife) was still driving. The only time I had my husband drive was when he ran it with the small shot of nitrous (video is uploaded and viewable on his channel here).
No gearing changes, gearing was chosen for a reason, I have put more than 5K miles on it in 3 season plus over 100 passes at the track. Engine came out when the u-joint on the driveshaft broke and damaged the tranny housing.
Trans is fixed, waiting on upgrade to driveshaft yet....
