Michael Vick was convicted for dogs deak and people were outraged, but Sean Bell was murdered and his assailants went free. Think about that..........

Does anybody know what Sean Bell and his friends was doing before he got shot? I didnt follow the story closely when it was out.. I am curious to what actually happend.. Where they stopped for running a red light or somthing ?? or did the police just see them and suspect them of somthing?? can someone tell me?? Im gonna look this up tonight but I would like to know.. Thanks
