    we can discuss your options.

  • @davesvintagecards-- can you PLEASE tell me how to get cards PSA graded? I would be so happy.

  • @TheToppsMan

there are a couple of ways

    1. contact psa and become a member, the annual fee includes a certain number of submissions.

    2. us an authorized dealer, someone like myself to send the cards in for you. a. drawback on this, is that you pay shipping to me, shipping to psa unless I submit it with some of my own cards, shipping back from psa, either direct to you, or more than likely to me and then again from me to you. you will save by having a psa account.

  • hey how rare are cycle cigarettes or tolstoi, because i recently purchased a bunk congalton cycle and a rube marquard tolstoi?

  • @ball1nbynature

they are what I would call middle to lower level

not as tough as carolina brights, broadleafs, hindus and the real tough backs, ect, but tougher than soveirns, old mill polar bear, american beauty, piedmonts and sweet caporals.
