    A lot more significance is to be placed simply on the strength of your heartmuscles - though hearmuscles can be primarily trained with excersise, you can keep your heartmuscles well-trained and well-trimmed with a simple daily adrenaline rush or two ; i.e playing some violent or scary computer game and having half an hour of adrenaline rushing through your blood :)

  • (before watching video) Does this mean that I, as an out-of-shape 25 year old smoker, could die any minute of a devastating cardiac arrest at any moment? Does that mean that being up for almost 24 hours would do me in (all factors combined, of course)?

  • Would you happen to have a list of items for this diet or know where someone could find the right diet.
