Endoscopic Cyclophotocoagulation, ECP, is performed in a phakic eye with open-angle glaucoma. Ciliary processes are approached internally through a limbal incision. The patient has undergone a previous failed trabeculectomy. Pseudoexfoliation and thickened zonules are also prominent. Performed by Dr. Martin Uram.
