For myself I realized that much of my reasoning around being stealth had to do with shame and self-hatred I harbored within myself. I haven't been in any potentially violent situations yet, tho....so I'll let you know how that goes. I hope to train myself to have courage no matter what. I think in some cases it is valuable to learn self-defense, tho.

Much props to you for posting this video. I think people who pass well have to deal with the issue of whether to give up their invisibility. I think in all cases it's up to the individual. I try not to disparage the choice of others. I'm in the process of coming out to more people, tho. I think not giving in to fear is expressing love and pride for yourself and also giving people a chance to know something different. If more people are out, it wouldn't be a big deal. (1/2)

Aww K, you should always stand up for what you believe in. I think I would be nervous too about speaking up to the people in your class but, maybe if you did it as a class discussion rather than approaching them individually, it might make it easier. But, I mean, don't do anything that would make you feel uncomfortable or would jeopardize your safety. Even if, unfortunately, it's at the cost of their ignorance.
Dude you have heaps of facial hair, we are on T about the same amount of time and all i have is an over abundance of white baby fluff. Is that how yours started?

Not really? I mean Pre-T I had that baby fluff stuff. I also have dark hair and was kinda well endowed in that area to begin with (but not with facial hair). I just started shaving when I would see something, let it grow, then shave, let it grow a little etc...what you see here is probably 2.5 weeks without shaving.
