材料:洋蔥1顆、蒜末5g、鹽1/3大匙、砂糖1大匙、紅酒醋50cc

做法:準備一盆冰水把對切好的洋蔥放入水中,這樣就不會洋蔥給嗆到,泡完洋蔥後取出,如果喜歡有口感的洋蔥可依洋蔥紋路橫切,如果喜歡細緻口感就依紋路直切,切好的洋蔥放­入調理盆中再加入鹽、砂糖、蒜末、紅酒醋一起攪拌均勻後,這樣就可以裝盤完成醃拌洋蔥。
