the annoying thing about the fat lady is that her groceries usually get in the way... for example in this level, one of the groceries fell out and rolled into the elevator ahead of me and triggered the elevator to go down before I got there...

After looking over some more of them. Something must have changed in the physics sometime, because a good portion of those don't move levels are failing.

You should play some of the "do not move" style levels. Many of them track the heart across the level through various awesome contraption. But some of them the the whole character alive.
