  • lol, he got inhale and exhale wrong...should we listen to anything else.

  • So the Gators won because they benched light DB's on a swiss ball? They won because of the talent/skill of the players and direction of the coach. If they actually trained like this video it just means they could've been even better/stronger/faster/more powerful if they trained properly (heavy powerlifting/olympic lifting).

  • @alio122000 actually he got that right, you inhale on a stretch( here for example, the chest stretches when the let the weights down) inhale on the flex ( lifting the weights). This also applies for virtually all forms of exercise, weight lifting, yoga, core training....

  • To everyone who wants to bash this trainer...Here's the deal.. I've been a sucessful personal trainer for over 6 years.i mean i get results for my clients and i earn a good living doing so. alot of meat heads are very limited with their work outs. day in and day out the same exact routine is not only boring it's ineffective. breathing techniques vary, as long as your not holding your breath your muscles dont know the difference.

  • seriously, did no one catch that he's using the ball and light dumbells because they're more typical equipment for home exercising? I mean geez. We get it, you like to workout and think you know the best way for everyone.. keep in mind of the roughly 6billion peoplein the world, relatively few are a fitness level to forgo beginner exercises.

  • tell me if you ever seen anything like this before..... MR. trainer lol

  • you doing excersices for women , grow up dude

  • no advanced athlete should use a swiss ball for anything. unstable surfaces like bosu, airex pads, and balance disks are only helpful in the rehab setting, but are a waste of time for literally everyone who is healthy and just wanting to improve strength and performance. just use a bench and lift heavier - it activates the same amount of core muscles. and that is supported by research, not Muscle & Fiction Magazine

  • It can have its place, maybe if you are working out at home with no bench. However I do agree it is overall a croc, only good for people not trying to train for strength and in some cases certain advanced atheletes.

  • EMG research studies show that doing exercises on a swiss ball does not activate any more core muscles than doing it on a flat bench, meaning it is a WASTE OF TIME.

this dude is either clueless or a liar. not sure which is worse, but he has no facts to back up what he teaches.

  • looks kinda dangerous unless you are very used to balancing on a ball
