Charles Keating is so great. He is one of my all time favorite actors. He played such a badass, is one of the top #10 all time villains from daytime, won an Emmy, nominated for a Tony and that was after his Shakespearian theater days. I wish he was able to play Zeus from the beginning. His Emmy clip can be found under his name.

Hee! "Please be quiet. Just be quiet." I never get tired of that.
Anyway, a couple of thoughts... Zeus is so sternly against killing Hercules. Next thing you know, he's cavalierly saying "if you live" and throwing lightning bolts at him.
Also, this is the one good thing we see Hera do--at great personal risk, no less. Why is he so disappointed in her for doing what Hercules is and has been doing all along? Yet Zeus is practically beaming with pride at him as he croaks.

I like the scene where Zeus says that every son must eventually take his father's place.
Fate has haunted me for ages. He is the one that spools the wheel of thread to decide one's fate.
I challenged Fate to a duel, and like Luke Skywalker I discovered that Fate is my father.

Hi there. Similar to Hercules father's Zues, my father comes from the Spiritual realm. My father is called 'Fate.' He has taken human form.
