On 10 December 2011, the ISS passed over Toronto, Canada, and there was an approximately 6km wide corridor in which it could be seen crossing in front of the moon. The duration of the transit was less than half a second. Several members of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada - Toronto Centre were up all night capturing the event.
This video was shot using a Canon 5D Mark II, attached to a Celestron 9.25" SCT on a CGEM mount.
