  • Why are there so many foreclosures in the first place? that's the real problem!

  • nice page…

  • check out brian "cone head" beach @ 1:57

  • If anyone here is having problems paying on a mortgage, they could file a common law lien on that property stating principal paid plus life experience value; this lien must be satisfied before foreclosure or a commercial lien can be put in place! This doesn't mean you can or should stop making payments; it means that they cannot take your property away without paying you back what you put into it! Common Law Liens supersede security/statutory/judicial liens!

    RESEARCH COMMON LAW LIEN!!

  • No! They stole my money without providing the service they stated in the contract.

  • They didnt steal your money you gave it to them for a service that was or was not legitimate because of your desperation. But your right about the middle class.

  • Wel they need to go after C and R loan modification in Hollywood Fl. Bastards stole 1500 of my hard earned money. Well isn't this weird house the banks are screwing people over and now foreclosure and loan mod scammers. And the fed aren't doing a damn thing which also tells me that this is nothing but fucking agenda to wipe out the middle class people. Stop paying taxes I mean everyone. That bail out money belong to us tax payers.

  • post pictures of joe pikus and lillian pikus for frauding people out of their money as well

  • The bankers caused the problems, the feds looked the other way. And the feds are now giving up grant money to investigate. What about the buyers? Are they not responsible as well?

  • Convieniently, there locking up all the "little fish" while madoff, stanford and other get a way scott-free.

This is no different than giving some black youth 10 years for a bag of weed when the WHITE collar Criminals get nada as usual.
