@iVideosongs I don't think it was sped up. I read the Allman's actually tuned up 2 frets higher for the recording.

Just one question - isn`t the original song a half tone higher? So it sounds to me and I play it so.

Seems like the tape was sped up a bit on the original recording so it could be done either way.
