27th May 2011 was an Epic Day for the community, each freeruner from all over Malaysia reperesent their own state showing their best wicked,creative and flow move to impressed the judges.
Malaysian Freerun scene are getting wider and stronger with all the freeruner showing their own powermove to win the best MALAYSIA FREERUNER

For the last time, people are still arguing about the literal definition of whether that is parkour or this is freerunning? For god's sake! Come on! Definition, meanings, all of those should just be as a reference. You do what you want to do. It's free, you should be free of those lame mind sets. Parkour, freerunning. They are all the same. It's all movement, and movement is what matters!

@fx540 thats parkour . this FREERUN. combination of ur own creativity thru creating new movement using ur own body abilities on obstacles,it can be combined with gymnastic,martial art or even breakdancing.
One more. we know more than you. Im one of Malaysia Parkour/freeruning pioners.
