This is sort of a 'warm-up' poomsae so that our white belts can grasp all of the basic moves before starting the Taeguks. Hence, Basic hand pattern.

not to be critical, but blocking hand should always be on the outside, from chamber to finish. It's much less awkward, and it allows for much more powerful blocks.
