true. I replaced a jensen amp with a fosgate and the engine reving noise disappeared.

this really works, the only place i get noise is from the usb power outlet off my jensen 9413 media link when I power an haeir/rhapsody mp3 player via usb AND plug into the 3.5mm input simultaneously...otherwise the fosgate eliminates all alternator noise in my front speakers. my subwooder is also 100% clean mtx thunderform loaded and amped by mtx behind the seat of a regular cab tacoma.

Capacitors are pretty useless. Unless you have one that displays the voltage AND amperage pull.
