u don't need P90x. stop eating so much crap. lift weights and continue to increase the weight u lift, do your cardio, eat at the right times, you'll get there

ok im 14, and im a little self concious about my arms and abs, my legs not so much. im not fat and im pretty lean (but not quite a six pack) would you recommend this to me??

well since you are 14 and kinda young i would honeslty suggest that you go and ask your doctor if you are ready to workout. This Program is Xtreme my friend and since your body is not fully developed yet i wouldnt suggest going into something this crazy yet. There is a program called Power 90 which is a less crazy version of P90X. Tony Horton is the designer of the program and its an awesome workout. If you are to pick a workout i would go with Power 90
