James Bond eco car

This super sleek two-seater electric pod emerging from a James Bond style Jaguar is the work of a team at Coventry University. The car carries (and charges) the pod so that the driver can leave the four-wheels on the city outskirts, driving into town in the green three-wheeler, painted with a carbon-dioxide absorbing outer layer.

And if you don't want to ride pillion the pod can expand so you can sit side-by-side.

This video is courtesy of Da Feng who is set to graduate from Coventry with a degree in Automotive Design in 2009 before, most probably, making a crazy amount of money and taking over the world.
