this was NRJ 2009 awarding for international song of the year given to katy perry who was meant for Rihanna. Sorry for the audio and some buffs on this. I just recorded it. Dont have any idea what the host talks about at the end of the show but I think he apologized to the audience for the mistake happened. Thanks
