  • Sorry, Eric, but I think disagree with almost everything you've said. You shouldn't of made this video without being a big video game fan or at least researching more. People who obviously know more about games than you are trying to tell you that things have changed, but you're not listening to them and don't believe them. Why? Because you have to be more into video games to understand that things HAVE indeed changed.

  • @1Okehazama1 But not in any way I'm talking about. All people have said is that there's multiplayer online now.................wow let me hold back my amazement about how that changes every-oh wait it doesn't.

  • If Smash Bros. and Mario Kart are the only good Gamecube games you can think of... you need to play these:

Ikaruga, Tales of Symphonia, Metroid Prime, Resident Evil 4, Pikmin, Paper Mario, Viewtiful Joe, Rogue Squadron, MGS Twin Snakes, Skies of Arcadia, Eternal Darkness

  • Two things that I think have made this generation of gaming memorable:

    1. Better and more creative game engines ( frostbite 2, havok, uphoria etc.)

    2. More emphasis of online play, it was introduced last gen with the PS2 and XBOX, but this gen has taken that interesting feature and turned it into one of the most successful and iconic advancements in all of gaming.

  • @King191912 King you said PS! when you meant to say PS2, and your right.

  • Say if you run people over in GTA: San Andreas and then run people over in GTA IV; it will feel a lot more convincing in the newer product. Because the physics are better, the people fall down a lot more realisically. In ways, consoles have undeniabley changed, but then in others, I personally think 'they shouldn't'. For me, when video games became reliant on physical action, it defeats a great amount of convenience and enjoyment in a video game experience. You want to sit and relax, not stand.

  • mario sunshine? metroid prime? pokemon collosseum? ring any bells? aside from that wii has skyward sword, mario galaxy 1,2, new smb wii, brawl, donkey kong country returns, return to dream land, twilight princess
