  • @xm9rg3x He probebly did I would but I woulden,t put it straight in the fridge from the oven because that could mee up your fridge I would let it cool a bit then put it in the fridge to let it get really cold.I woulden,t put it in the fridge with the sugar on top as that would mess it up.

  • Interesting he didnt use a bain marie. I like the fact he uses less eggs than some other recipes (usually 1 egg for every 100ml of creme)
